Broker/Owner of 712 Realty has over thirty years of customer service experience. Her dedication to her clients and passion to help others are what motivate her the most. She is an excellent listener and provides experienced care and service in the real estate industry. Darla has used her knowledge and expertise to assist clients in the purchasing and selling of commercial, agricultural, and residential real estate.

Darla uses her background in design to employ effective and creative marketing strategies, and help her clients visualize the potential of a property. She is noted to exceed her client’s expectations throughout the entire real estate process. Her connectedness to the surrounding communities, and knowledge of local businesses and services, provide her clients with exceptional service.

Darla and her husband Darren live in Hull. They have three adult children, two of which are married, and a son in high school. Her hobbies include interior design, serving in her church and community, and spending time with family and friends. Darla is a member of the Iowa Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
